Excellent apprentices

As an apprenticeship company, we repeatedly send our apprentices on various competitions, and successfully. Some awards can be found here:

We are very happy with our apprentices, Carmen Schwaighofer from Bad Ischl and Niklas Bauer from Pfarrkirchen, who both completed their last year of their apprenticeship with excellent success and thus qualified for the apprentice competition of the confectioners OÖ.

Niklas took the very good 3rd place.

Congratulations!

It should also be mentioned that Niklas completed the double apprenticeship chef/confectioner. Niklas received the equipment at the Grand Café & Restaurant Zauner Esplanade for the final examination as a chef, which was also awarded with distinction.

With these successes, the excellent training performance of the teaching company, for the pastry shop under the direction of bakery manager Michael Windhager and for the restaurant under the direction of chef Erich Ramsauer, but also very much personal performance and commitment of Carmen and Niklas.

Company CEO Josef Zauner was very pleased with these results and honoured the competition participants with a present.
